If I told the truth
I started podcasting because I wanted a more intimate forum to tell the truth (and the first episode of the Your Courageous Life podcast fell in line with that, as well). In this episode, recorded on a day when I felt particularly grateful for my life, I decided to "tell the truth" about a time in my life when I wouldn't have felt grateful to be alive. And also? I'm speaking into the uber-cheesy, yet delightfully effective, tools that I practice to live a better, happier, more courageous life.
Courage when you hate your job
A lot of people hate their jobs--and while I can't change that, I can help with the low-grade "meh" that often has people feeling like every day they go to work is a soul-sucking slog. Courage when you hate your job? Yeah--it's a thing. In this episode, I'll share more about how you can use even the worst of job situations to step into more of your Most Courageous Self.
Playing by your own rules
Playing by your own rules isn't having "power over" others. It's knowing what your personal rules are for yourself, and aligning that with integrity. In this episode, prepare to contemplate a number of in-depth questions the help you figure out what playing by your own rules looks like and the integrity needed to feel truly free as you live by them.
Courage and money
It's possible that how you treat your money, has something to do with how you treat your life. In today's episode, I'm talking about how to unhook from the fear-based stories that might have kept you in debt, floundering around money decisions, or never feeling comfortable with what you earn.
