How to stop compromising yourself

When we think that we can only eat the metaphorical "crumbs" of life, we begin to compromise ourselves.

We get small, we tell ourselves not to expect too much, and we make ourselves wrong for wanting something in the first place--that's when compromise has taken place. It's only when we start questioning where we thought we were "supposed to" compromise in the first place, and whether or not we've making healthy compromises, that we can begin a powerful path to stop compromising and start living more fully.

In today's podcast episode, I'm asking you to consider where you may be trying to subsist on the crumbs, hoping to make a meal--fans of Clarissa Pinkola Estes' "Women Who Run With the Wolves" will particularly like diving in to this episode.
