The radical concept of ease: breathe in, breathe out
Meditation is a lot of things. Most people have heard a set of rules for how you're "supposed to" meditate. I came to understand a few radical concepts of ease, like there is not just "one" way to meditate. So breathe in, breathe out and try something different that works for you.
Conscious crying
Practicing conscious crying started with being very present to that that little second where I felt emotion welling up, but wanted to resist the emotion. I had to stop resisting the emotion. Crying is one of the healthiest presence practices I’ve adopted.
So you say you want to live "in the moment," do ya?
So you say you want to live "in the moment," do ya? We can't "live in the moment" if we're practicing all of the ways to avoid living in the moment. Sometimes, fear is what comes up "in the moment," you know?
Fear ninja
We can't get rid of fear, although a lot of people will spend so much time trying to get rid of it. You have to practice and become a fear ninja because fear will not go away.
