The truth about being smart
The truth about being smart? I had to learn a few things, to release my attachment to the identity of “Smart Person” and all the behaviors that went along with it.
The real courage of leadership
This is the real courage of leadership: leadership is about inspiration, not domination.
Practicing courage when others criticize
When others criticize, you have options—like totally avoiding the person, or lashing out and telling them how wrong they are, or just nodding your head and agreeing to whatever they want you to do. Secure in being the wellspring of our own happiness.
Secure in our capacity to make, and recover from, mistakes.
Question what you call “security.”
