This is the longest episode of the Your Courageous Life podcast, ever--but that’s because I’m getting into the story of how I radically changed my eating and exercise habits and have found a new level of health and energy that I had no idea was even possible.

If you (like me) grew up without an athletic background and have never particularly liked going to a gym, and if you (like me) have ever struggled with creating consistent eating habits, this episode will resonate on many levels.
